Interact-TV Launches North American Reseller Program

Westminster, Colorado - June 1, 2004 - Interact-TV™ (OTC:ITVI), a leading innovator in home entertainment technology, announced the roll-out of their Reseller Program to make Telly™ Home Entertainment Servers available for resale through third parties in the US and Canada. The program is targeted to meet the needs of a wide range of potential partners including online resellers, PC resellers, home electronics resellers, and home networking integrators.
Previously available only through web sales from their online store, Interact-TV makes this move to broaden the distribution of the increasingly popular Telly Home Entertainment Servers throughout North America. The trendsetting digital system, with services including digital video recorder (with subscription-free program guide), CD ripper/burner, photo storage/playback and more, was introduced last year at the Linux World Exhibition with new models debuted at the CES 2004 show.
The new Reseller Program has been tailored to allow interested parties to handle these innovative new products with a low barrier to entry. This Reseller Program is open to any qualified company or individual in the US or Canada who is interested in reselling computer system hardware, software, home entertainment or related products or services. Interact-TV will handle all orders, payment processing, shipping, cancellation and returns, making this an exceptionally attractive program. Because the manufacturer handles ordering, reseller customers may customize the configuration of their Telly Home Entertainment Servers to meet their individual needs.
