Major Upgrade Provides Consumers with the Best Possible High-Definition Experience

Westminster, CO, May 8, 2006 – Interact-TV™ (OTC:ITVI ), leading developer of Linux-based home entertainment servers, today announced the release of High-Definition output through DVI across the complete line of Interact-TV’s award-winning Telly Home Entertainment Servers® and TellyVizion™ Playback Units. Telly now offers HD output for the best possible resolution during playback of DVD movies, music and digital photos.

Telly Home Entertainment Servers allow consumers to easily store, organize, playback and enjoy digital media in the networked home. Telly servers are compact and quiet, designed for any room in the home and fully scaleable with Terabytes of digital media storage. Telly’s comprehensive entertainment management features include a Personal Video Recorder and a digital Video Library which serves stored DVDs, recorded video, home videos, and Internet downloaded videos. Its Music Library and digital Photo Library store entire music and photo collections. Access Telly’s digital media libraries directly from a TV connected to the Telly unit and share content with other networked Tellys, PCs and Macs.

Combined with HD output, now all of the Telly Home Entertainment Servers will have an optional DVI output for crystal clear digital input to any HD monitor. Also, a small DVI to HDMI adapter will be available for HD monitors that have only HDMI input.

According to the Consumer Electronics Association, sales of HDTVs are expected to outperform sales of analog TVs by 89% this year, reaching unit sales of 15.9 million. Many of these HDTVs have DVI, PC Input and HDMI. Now all three outputs are available from the Telly product line.
