Interact-TV™ Inc. is a public company that is focused on the convergence of broadband, digital entertainment, and television access into the home. We have developed enabling software and products, called Home Entertainment Servers, to allow consumers to easily store, manage and enjoy digital media in their homes. Our products are easy to use through a television interface and remote controller and our products are designed to allow users to expand them over time. Eventually Home Entertainment Servers will be in any home that manages and enjoys digital media.

Interact-TV, Inc. is a Delaware C Corporation, founded in 2000 by a group of television professionals who have delivered products, guided startups to equity events, and have extensive experience in the video industry. Interact-TV is headquartered in Westminster, Colorado.
