| Interact-TV™ has assembled a management team that includes a talented group of broadcast television and open systems veterans providing expertise in building companies from the ground up. The management team have previously held executive positions or founded previous companies with multiple industry vendors including Evolving Video Technologies, Ampex Corporation, American Television & Communications, and Hughes Aircraft. Each memeber of the Interact-TV management team is personally committed and focused on the achievement of the strategic objectives of Interact-TV and increasing shareholder value. The Interact-TV Management Team includes: Ken Fuhrman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Interact-TV, Inc. Ken has over 25 years of experience designing software for video and graphics systems for the broadcast television and video industries. Prior to founding Interact-TV, Ken was the founder and Chairman of Evolving Video Technologies (EVT). EVT was sold to RT-SET in 1999; five months later, RT-SET went public on the Neuer Market in Germany. At RT-SET, Ken was Director of Broadcast Graphics, a senior executive position. Prior to EVT, Ken held project management and senior development positions at Ampex Corporation and American Television & Communications. Ken has numerous patents in graphics technology and has authored papers on programming and design. He has significant experience in video compression, software for broadcast television and graphics production, and object oriented design and programming. In the early 1980s, while at American Television and Communications, an early technical innovator in cable TV solutions, he developed technology for one of the first 2-way cable systems. He was a technical designer and contributor to over 10 patents on 2-way cable system technologies. Tom Goldberg is the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing. Tom has over 23 years of experience in marketing and engineering in the video industry. Tom spent 6 years in the role of Director of Marketing as one of the founders of Pluto Technologies International. He has a long track record with new product rollouts at both established companies and startups. Prior to Pluto, he ran a consulting business in product marketing for clients which included the Salt Lake City BTS division of Philips Corporation. Tom started in the video industry with 16 years at Ampex Corporation where he held engineering, marketing and management positions. Tom has designed generations of user interfaces for both computer based and hardware based products and holds patents for human interface controls used extensively in Ampex products. He has been published in a variety of industry publications including Broadcast Engineering and TV Technology and has presented papers at the National Association of Broadcasters, the IEEE Digital Video Workshop and to the Society of Motion Picture Engineers. Susan Fuhrman is the Vice-President of Operations. Susan has over 20 experience in project management and technical communications in the computer and broadcast television industries. She has experience with both start up companies where she managed various aspects of the business as it grew and experience with well established companies including Unisys, Ampex Corporation, and Auto-trol Technology. In February 1995, Susan became the Vice President of Operations for a start up company called Evolving Video Technologies (EVT) where she headed various departments including Test, Technical Documentation and Customer Support and assisted with Product Marketing and Trade Show Support. After the sale of EVT, Susan started her own contract technical writing business with customers that include RT-SET and Picolight. Currently Susan assumes many operational responsibilities at Interact-TV including technical writing, test, and manufacturing. The founding team of Interact-TV not only shares a common vision, but has prior experience in successfully working together . Each member is personally committed and focused on the achievement of the strategic objectives of Interact-TV and increasing shareholder value. The board members, advisors, founders and development team's combined contacts in the industry will be crucial in recruiting and building the Interact-TV team. He currently is a Senior Consulting Engineer with Avid Technology, directing the hardware architecture and development of audio and video non-linear editing, storage and networking platforms. Jay began his career in the Advanced Technology Division of Ampex Corporation. During his 15 years at Ampex, he was a principle hardware architect for numerous Ampex products and received the Alexander M. Pontiatoff "AMP Technical Excellence Award" for his work in Special Effects Design and Video Switcher Integration. Jay was a founder and Chief Technical Officer of Pluto Technologies Inc., a Boulder based company designing and manufacturing disk based video servers. He was responsible for the design and development of I/O hardware for the SPACE video server platforms. Jay has also been the owner and president of Design Impulse, a firm specializing in electronic circuit and system design for the professional video industry. Design Impulse developed video products and computer video interfaces for several companies including Broadcast Television Systems Inc., Silicon Graphics, Inc., and Chyron. Mr. Flora has authored papers and given presentations for the Montreux Television Symposium, SMPTE conference, and SMPTE Journal.
